Cruise Party
A pre-party will be held in on Friday night, September 17. Stay tuned for further information.

See antique vehicles, street rods, motorcycles and more up close.

Cruisin' for a Cure will host a "show and shine" in historic downtown North Little Rock on September 18, and the public is invited. Starting at 8:00, more than 400 antique, classic, street rod, muscle and other unique vehicles and motorcycles from Arkansas and surrounding states will be on display for public viewing. This is your chance to see many one-of-a-kind vehicles up close. See inside a real hot rod. And talk with the owner concerning all the details.

This page will automatically play the song, "Rock Around the Clock" by "Bill Haley and the Comets".  Please click the Stop button on your browser to stop the music.

We are proud to announce that we will have "Sonny Burgess and the Legendary Pacers" join us after the cruise at our 50's dance.  See the links below to hear more songs by "Sonny Burgess and the Legendary Pacers".  Then, join us on Saturday, September 13 at the dance and hear them play live!

Or see them moving along the street during the cruise.

Spectators are also encouraged to line the streets to see and hear these steel beauties travel along the cruise route. Bring your lawn chair and get set to see vehicles from an era long gone, but not forgotten. (See map for cruise route.) The March of Men (prostate cancer survivors) will lead the vehicles down Markham to the River Market District.

Then join us for a 50's style dance.

Starting at 8:00 pm Saturday, September 13 the Cruisin' for a Cure event concludes with a dynamic 50's style dance featuring the world-famous band "Sonny Burgess and the Legendary Pacers" in both pavilions in the Little Rock River Market District. Also appearing as special celebrity guest will be Steve Stephens, former host of the TV dance show "Steve's Show".  Beer, wine and water can be purchased at the event. Admission is $12 per person. Admission is only $10 for those who have a ticket stub from the afternoon's Show & Shine. For ticket information call the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation at 501/603-7433. Tickets will be on sale the night of the event.
